In the current moment as far as skills go.  In Illustrator I'm able to create shapes or moments or even animals.  I'm not well versed in illustrator but photoshop I'd say I have more skill. In photoshop I'm able to create vaporware type aesthetic images or even just little funny things on the side with the blend tool or lens flare and such. My favorite to play around with however is the gaussian blur.  I play around with it a lot and make backgrounds for my friends.
